You will be the hero for your staff and students by identifying the highest leverage areas of growth for the year. You will save the day by also providing rationale and motivation to get everyone on board the speeding train to success.
In CCISD, science isn’t just taught—it’s experienced. This session will equip administrators with a clear vision of what powerful science instruction looks like in grades 6–12 and practical ways to support it during classroom visits. This work is grounded in real-world phenomena and our mission to help students explore, discover, and empower themselves as learners. Together, we’ll focus on recognizing student thinking, connecting feedback to 3-dimensional learning, and growing science instruction through clear expectations and supportive conversations.
